The yard, arranged in a large horseshoe shape, consists of 18 spacious, well-ventilated stables with split doors, rear windows and ‘friendship’ bars to either side. They offer:
- Soft-stall floors (shock-absorbent padded rubber, limiting injury risks and requiring minimal bedding).
- Sizes range from 12’x12’ – 12’x18’
- Automatic drinkers
- Individual lights
- External rug rail
In addition, the yard boasts:
- 60m x 30m rubber and sand arena with fabulous views
- Ample parking
- Warm wash-down
- Alarmed tack room
- Whole yard area alarmed at night
- Individual turn-out on well-maintained paddocks
- Rug wash on site
- Coaching available on site with Sam Twyman
- Visiting trainers by arrangement
